I have been a REALTOR in the Topeka,Kansas market since 1982. I have always been interested in helping buyers and sellers with their real estate needs. If the buyer would like to build a new home I have vast experience in finding the right builder, and finding land for the new home. My many years of experience working with home builders, lending companies, appraiser's, home inspectors, title companies makes the process to go smoothly.
