About
We are both licensed agents and sell real estate as a team. We like to say we “ham n egg it.” Brenda does the marketing sales, and customer contact and referral, whereas I sell, negotiate, and close. We work closely and have sold and marketed developments and new subdivisions. I have been in the business for 45 years. Brenda has been licensed for twenty-five years. Though we have different styles, we complement each other in business and in our 44 years of marriage. Brenda has a strong sense of immediacy, detail, and follow-up. I on the other hand, have somewhat of a “relaxed” style. I was nominated Salesperson of the Year, and Brenda for TAAR Realtor ® to the Year.. We are both active on committees of SAR, Sunflower Association of Realtors. We have both served on the SAR Board of Directors. We are active in our community, have always participated in ministries at church, and promote the benefits of living in Topeka.
