My parents taught me to work hard, serve others & do it with honesty & integrity-these are my inherent principles that have guided my whole career. My Story goes like this. I started working at 16, bought a new car my senior year in high school. Worked full-time for the State of Kansas while attending college full-time. Got married, raised 3 kids. At the age of 40+ I began my Real Estate career. For the past 23 years I have navigated many types of real estate markets the Topeka KS and surrounding areas. From normal markets thru 2 recessions & now a pandemic. My advice, whether buying your first home to selling your last-Experience, Knowledge & a REALTOR® that knows what to do in all situations matters!!! That's me.
