Hi, I'm Rick Nesbitt. I've been in sales for more than 40 years and a Realtor for the past 20 years. I have consistently been in the President's Circle for most of those real estate years. If you call me and I don't answer, it's because I'm working with another client. However, I return all calls, texts, and emails once available. Additionally, my clients become my friends and refer me to their friends and family as their trusted resource for all real estate services. 

On a personal note, I've been married for 33 years and have two daughters and four grandchildren. I'm actively involved in my community, serving on three different Boards of Directors; the Topeka Sunflower Association of Realtors, Greater Topeka Partnership, and the Sherwood Improvement District. I believe in giving back to the community I serve.
